This is Belief-Driven Coaching

I didn't find running — I found my limits, and then I decided to move past them. One step turned into a jog, a jog turned into a race, and a race turned into a decade of ultramarathons, world championships, and 5,700 kilometres of proof that the process works. I lead by going first. My results are my accountability marker — not a highlight reel, but evidence that patience, consistency, and belief will take you further than talent ever could. Your transformation starts the same way mine did: with a single step and a decision not to quit.

Patience

Growth doesn't happen overnight. We embrace delayed gratification because the desire for quick fixes destroys long-term potential. Every kilometre is a brick in the foundation.

Consistency

Motivation is a myth; routine is reality. We build a framework that forces you to show up when the weather is bad and the mind is weak. Relentless routine is the weapon.

83 days. ~3,500km. 314 started. 1 finished. Tim ran 1km on Day 1 and added a kilometre every day until he was the last one standing.

Backyard Ultra Specialist

Multiple wins including Mirrim Wurnit, Backyard Blister and MVP. Competed at Big Dog's World Championships in the USA (60 Yards).

Down Under 135mi

2 time finisher of the most brutal mountain foot race in the southern hemisphere, 220km - 14k Vert - finisher rate 18%.

You Yangs 100 Mile

2 time champion and course record holder with a PB of 17:03:14. Consistently at the sharp end of Australia's toughest 100-miler.

World Team Championships

Represented Australia at the Backyard Ultra World Team Championships. 549km in 82 hours at the 2024 edition.
